We offer a blending of adult learning, business savvy, and real world expertise. We have the expertise to know the difference between a trainer and a learning facilitator—we are learning facilitators who make sure learning objectives are clearly spelled out, shared, and evaluated. We know the importance of engaging all learning styles and strategies. We also know that learning is a process, not an event and that you need people to be able to go directly back on the job and apply what they have learned.

Whenever possible, we draw actual examples from your particular experiences and build these into each learning activity. Rather than "teaching from a can", we customize each learning and development opportunity for your needs. We often do this at no extra charge to you. We are experts in group dynamics, working with groups and running meetings and retreats for clients. In most cases we have significant business experience and have been where you are—as managers, hiring managers, strategic decision makers, and as individual contributors. Frankly, it is pretty hard to fool us and we can help you and your teams cut through the B.S. so that you can get the real issues resolved.

We engage everyone, focus them on the issues, develop buy-in and keep energy levels high. We employ visual tools, multi-media presentations and activities to create dynamic and productive meetings. We confront issues openly, objectively and respectfully.


  How do I get information on the costs associated with your services?

We are as flexible as possible around your needs and your budget. As such, our service fee structure depends on your specific situations. We take into consideration the project and the value that is created for the business. Service fee options include one or a combination of the following: per project, per program, per diem, per hour or on a retainer basis.
